March Madness First Weekend
The First Weekend of March Madness did not disappoint. The SEC and Big XII show major problems on the men's side as upsets took place. The ACC and Big East showing dominates especially the number one overall seed. We could be in for a Cinderella story from the ACC.
On the women's side, it's been pretty much chalked except for a Big Ten school getting ousted in the Round of 32 at home. The defending champs, LSU Tigers and Iowa Hawkeyes had some trouble in their games before surviving. And South Carolina is clearly head and shoulders above all competition.
The Sweet 16 has intriguing matchups on both sides including a National Championship rematch for the men and a potential National Championship rematch in the Elite Eight for the women.
